1. Corn rice powder production of rice syrup production line

Because of inside of the corn / rice slurry have too much protein, so the slurry need pumping into the press filter, after press the slurry, the syrup will flow into the slot, the protein will stay inside the filter machine.

The liquefied material is sent to enzyme saccharification tank for reaction. Maintain at specific temperature for some time , the syrup will transfer to glucose syrup.

6. Decoloration section of rice syrup production line
After LAB testing, the glucose syrup will be pumped into the decoloration tanks mixed with activated carbon at required temperature for some time. Then use the filter press to separate glucose syrup with activated carbon. The colorless glucose syrup will be pumped to next process.

The pure and clean glucose syrup have very low density, the vacuum evaporator can evaporate glucose syrup inside water to outside increase density at very short time. When the glucose syrup concentration reaches the technology requirement, then it cools the temperature and enters into the final product tank for storage.

The glucose syrup which reaches the certain density in the evaporation process will be pumped into final product storage tanks for storage. The final product tank can keep the glucose syrup purity before transportation.
